Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Ashlyn Lane. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return and refund process works — including when a restocking fee may apply.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Contact support@ashlynlane.com to request a return before shipping the item back.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we do not provide prepaid labels).

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. When a 25% Restocking Fee Applies

If your return meets the eligibility criteria but any of the following apply, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund:

  • The item is returned without its original packaging, tags, or accessories.

  • The item has been opened, worn, or shows signs of use.

  • The return is due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).

  • The item was a custom, special-order, or personalized product.

  • The return is received after the 30-day return window.

This fee covers the inspection, repackaging, and processing costs associated with restocking the item. Once your return is inspected, we’ll deduct the fee and process your refund accordingly.


3. When No Restocking Fee Applies

A restocking fee will not apply if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • The return was pre-approved by our support team without restocking conditions.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Perishable, hazardous, or flammable materials


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@ashlynlane.com.


6. European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
