SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Confirmation and Processing Time

All orders are subject to product availability. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We strive to process and prepare all confirmed orders for shipment within 24 hours (one business day) of receipt. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

This 24-hour window aligns with our order processing time. Once this time has passed, your order may already be prepared for shipping, and it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@ashlynlane.com with your order number.

3. Domestic Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders (within the United States):
